
Charlene joined Susman, Duffy & Segaloff, P.C. in January 2024 with an extensive background in all aspects of civil practice. Charlene’s primary focus is on municipal and transactional law. She attended Albertus Magnus College, Class of 1997 and Quinnipiac University School of Law, Class of 2001. Charlene is admitted to practice in Connecticut and the United States Federal Court.
Prior to joining Susman, Duffy & Segaloff, P.C., Charlene was a sole practitioner, with her primary practice areas being residential and commercial real estate transactions, immigration and family law, having previously served as a Guardian Ad Litem for minors in the family court system. As a current member of the NHCBA, she is also a former Co-Chair, Women In Law Family Law Section for the NHCBA from 2014-2016 and was a member of the Executive Committee for the Connecticut Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association from 2009-2014. She previously participated as a volunteer in the NHCBA’s “Ask A Lawyer” program and remains an enthusiastic advocate for her clients, but especially for the most vulnerable in our society.
As a well-traveled, naturalized American citizen who moved to the states after high school, Charlene brings a global perspective to her representation. Charlene prides herself on being a supportive, resilient and passionate advocate, for both colleagues and clients. She truly strives to improve the lives of all with whom she works with and/or represents and brings a wealth of experience to Susman, Duffy & Segaloff, P.C., which she has gained from her work across a broad spectrum of legal subject matters.
