Phil received his Bachelor’s Degree in English, cum laude, and Mass Communications from Boston University.  He received his law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude.  While at Quinnipiac Law Phil was a Dean’s Scholar, and received several grants and awards.  Prior to entering the legal profession, Phil was a teacher in New York City through Teach for America.

Phil has been a practicing litigator for over five years, and is a member of the Connecticut and New York bars, as well as, the federal district court for the District of Connecticut.  Before joining the firm, Phil was a successful solo practitioner in a general practice in Hamden. 

Phil lives in Hamden with his family and enjoys co-coordinating the Pe’ah Project, which is a community garden that donates half of its produce to local soup kitchens.
