David brings over thirty years experience to Susman, Duffy &
Segaloff. He has served as general counsel for regional manufacturers
and concentrates on business formations, acquisitions and sales
and on advising closely-held and family business owners.
A graduate of Dartmouth College, he holds a LL.B. from Columbia
University and a LL.M. in Taxation from New York University. He
was the editor of the Columbia Law Review from 1962-1963 and a
clerk to Judge M. Joseph Blumenfeld of the U.S. District Court,
Connecticut from 1963-1964. He is a member of the New Haven County
and American Bar Associations. He lives in Branford with his wife.
