Adam D. Miller



Adam D. Miller practices in the litigation department at Susman, Duffy and Segaloff, P.C., where he focuses mostly on professional liability, corporate and municipal defense, construction and other contract disputes, landlord and tenant law, personal injury and products liability matters.

Adam is a native of Madison, CT, and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver. He returned east to attend Vermont Law School where he received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, in 2013.

Prior to joining Susman, Duffy and Segaloff, P.C., Adam worked as a solo practitioner based out of Middletown, CT, handling landlord tenant litigation, contract disputes, personal injury and other torts and some criminal matters.

Adam is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, and is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association and the New Haven Bar Association.

Adam resides locally in New Haven, and in his free time can be found fishing New England’s many fine lakes, ponds, rivers and streams, or surf casting on Long Island Sound.
